Re.: Your recent speech at the EU Parliament
Dear Mr. Weimers,
On behalf of Iran Liberation Congress, I would like to sincerely Thank You for your eloquent speech last week at the EU Parliament in support of the oppressed Iranian people and against the tyrannical and jihadist Islamic regime.
The recent uprising of the Iranian people marks a major explosion in the Iranian society, which we believe will soon result in the downfall of the criminal, corrupt and oppressive mullah regime in Iran.
Despite the media reports that the recent uprisings is only due to the increase of oil prices in Iran, they are a direct result of 40 years of mis-management and oppression of the Islamic regime which has resulted high levels of unemployment among the Iranian youth and other sectors of the Iranian society, high prices of food and other goods, bribery and corruption among the regime’s rulers, IRGC and Basij commanders, clerics, and their family members, plundering Iran’s national wealth. During the las four decades, Iran’s unelected clerics have destroyed the fabrics of the Iranian culture and society.
Despite all these facts, the EU countries continue to support the brutal and tyrannical Islamic regime, we believe mainly for financially benefiting from trade with the Islamic regime.
Please know that your courageous stand at the EU Parliament, and your direct message to Ms. Federica Mogherini has not gone unnoticed and the Iranian people thank you for defending them in this international forum and for being their voice.
Hence, I would like to request a formal meeting between you and the representatives of Iran Liberation Congress in Europe, so that we can thank you in person and provide you with first-hand details about the daily sufferings and massacre of the Iranian people by direct orders of Khamenei.
